BASF Ultramid B3S is an easy-flowing, medium-viscosity PA6 injection molding grade with fast processing and excellent surface quality. It is a proven material for thin-walled engineering parts, cable ties, connectors and mechanical components requiring toughness and rigidity.

Processing Information

Injection Molding
Melt temperature: 260–290°C
Mold temperature: 60–80°C
Pre-drying: 80°C for 2–4 hours (required)
